UF Breaks Ground on Alan and Cathy Hitchcock Field & Fork Pantry Expansion

Who: The Alan and Cathy Hitchcock Field & Fork Pantry is a partnership between the University of Florida Division of Student Affairs and the UF/IFAS College of Agricultural and Life Sciences.

What: Since 2015, the Hitchcock Field & Fork Pantry has assisted the members of the UF campus community who experience food insecurity. The expansion of the Hitchcock Field & Fork Pantry will allow for more space to display non-perishable food items and fresh produce from the Field & Fork Farm and Gardens, a dedicated area for storage and processing of donations, and a cooking demonstration area.
