Along with everything else they’ll be bringing to campus over the couple of weeks, students (and parents) will undoubtedly also arrive with some questions. And the University of Florida is ready to answer them.

The University of Florida divisions of Business Affairs, Student Affairs and Human Resources are sponsoring the 15th annual Ask Me campaign Tuesday, Aug. 18, to Tuesday, Aug. 25. Administrative staff from all three divisions, as well as student leaders, will greet new students and parents and distribute water during residence hall move-in on Aug. 18 and the first two days of classes, Aug. 24 and 25.

During Welcome Week and the first two days of class, UF staff campuswide will actively seek out new students and provide extra assistance to make the first days on campus a little less confusing and a lot more pleasant for all new Gators.

The Ask Me campaign is part of the ONE TEAM initiative – a project bringing together staff from across campus in joint outreach efforts to provide focused and engaged customer service to all students.
