The University of Florida’s online bachelor’s degree program is ranked No. 1 in the nation in the latest U.S. News & World Report Best Online Programs rankings, reaffirming UF’s leadership in delivering high-quality, accessible education.
UF also ranked No. 1 for Best Online Bachelor’s in Business Programs and Best Online Bachelor’s Program for Veterans — highlighting the university’s strong support systems and commitment to military-connected students — and No. 3 for Best Online Bachelor’s for Psychology. Several of UF’s online graduate programs were also ranked among the nation’s best, including Education (No. 2) and the Master of Business Administration (No. 5).

The top ranking for online bachelor’s degrees underscores the success of UF Online, which offers undergraduate degree programs across multiple colleges and disciplines. The program is designed to serve a wide range of students, including working adults, veterans and those balancing education with other life commitments, by combining flexibility with the same academic standards and faculty as UF’s on-campus programs with reduced tuition and fees.
UF’s online graduate programs were also evaluated using metrics like student engagement, faculty credentials and training, peer assessments, student services and technology, and academic outcomes.
The Warrington College of Business and Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering received Top 20 rankings for their programs, including Online Master’s in Engineering (No. 15), Online Master’s in Electrical Engineering (No. 13) and Online Master’s in Business (No. 15).

The latest rankings add to UF’s growing national recognition for excellence across undergraduate, graduate and professional education and reflect the university’s commitment to providing a comprehensive and engaging academic experience both on campus and online.
