Virtual fall commencement ceremonies scheduled for Dec. 18-19

Nearly 4,000 students will complete their UF degrees and celebrate commencement in virtual ceremonies on Friday and Saturday.

This summer's graduates come from 76 countries and 47 states. Out of the 3,973 degrees conferred this weekend, 271 will go to first generation students. The youngest graduate is a 19-year-old biology major. The oldest person graduating is 69 years old and receiving a Masters in Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences.

UF's Levin College of Law will kick off the weekend with the first ceremony on Friday at 2 p.m. and the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences virtual ceremony will close the weekend Saturday at 7 p.m. Links to the full schedule and virtual ceremonies are on the UF Commencement website.

Graduates will receive two copies of the printed university commencement program in the mail. These keepsake programs contain a list of graduates this semester. The fall commencement programs will be available digitally on the UF Commencement website.
