UF’s auction of naming rights for a newly identified butterfly species was the subject of a Nov. 20 story in The Miami Herald. The funds will go to further research. The story was the result of a news release and also appeared widely in other news media.

Press story. The students presented a light but serious look at “The
Flying Spaghetti Monster,” a parody of intelligent design. The story ran in numerous papers nationwide.
