A hand up
Leon Minter, a maintenance mechanic from the steam and chill water distribution department, part of Physical Plant Division, hands a wrench to co-worker Douglas Boyd as Minter climbs out of a steam manhole by the McKnight Brain Institute on Thursday. Minter and Boyd maintain several miles of underground steam pipe.
