UF Researchers Attract Federal Funding For Brain Rehabilitation Program

GAINESVILLE, Fla.— After years of believing that brain damage from strokes and other injuries was irreversible, researchers are growing optimistic that with the right combination of medicine and rehabilitation, they can inspire the brain to form new pathways to regain some lost functions.

Gifted Students Are More Imaginative And Emotional, UF Study Shows

GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Gifted students tend to have more active imaginations than average students, and gifted girls are almost twice as likely as gifted boys to prefer imagination to practicality, a new University of Florida study shows.
