Two UF students win Truman Scholarships

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (March 28, 2006) — The Harry S. Truman Scholarship Foundation has selected two University of Florida juniors as winners of its national scholarship for students preparing for leadership in public service: Ashley Bittner and Bruce Haupt. The award is a scholarship of up to $30,000 for graduate school in a public service field.

Chancellor emeritus receives lifetime achievement award from Auburn University Alumni Association
