Nobel Prize winner to speak at commencement ceremony

UF School of Theatre and Dance to present drama

UF Football wins Southeastern Conference title, National Championship berth

The UF football team (12-1, 7-1 Southeastern Conference) defeated Arkansas to win its seventh SEC title and has been selected to meet Ohio State in the BCS National Championship on Jan. 8, 2007.

Maren Foundation endows faculty, research at UF College of Medicine

WUFT-FM presents documentary on poverty in Bradford County

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Public radio station WUFT-FM, Classic 89.1 will broadcast a special 90-minute documentary, “The Long Road: From Poverty to Prosperity,” at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 6. This “Sound Rich” program is hosted by WUFT-FM news reporter Claudia Hickey and reveals an in-depth look at what causes poverty in Bradford County.
