Former PRSA president named visiting professor at UF

GAINESVILLE, Fla. –– Del Galloway, former president and chief executive officer of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), will translate his 23 years of corporate and agency experience into classroom lessons this fall as the Freedom Forum Distinguished Visiting Professor at the University of Florida’s College of Journalism and Communications.

Blues legend Buddy Guy opens UFPA’s summer season June 15

UF addiction medicine chief honored for lifetime achievements

GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Dr. Mark Gold, a distinguished professor and chief of addiction medicine at the McKnight Brain Institute of the University of Florida, received the Nelson J. Bradley lifetime achievement award from the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers on Monday in Palm Beach.
