Huffington Post: That map of tastes on the tongue that you learned in school has no scientific basis

Steven Munger, associate director of the Center for Smell and Taste at UF, was quoted in a July 13 story revealing that the tongue map, which shows where tastes are detected on the tongue, has no scientific basis.
