Session to provide information about internships

October 17, 2013

GAINESVILLE, Fla. — An information session about several internship programs of possible interest to University of Florida students will be held at 6 p.m. Oct. 21 in Little Hall, Room 113.

Representatives from the White House internship program, Environment America, Teach for America, the Summer for Undergraduates Law School Preparation Program at Florida State, and the International Affairs Summer Program at Princeton will gather to inform students about internship, career and research opportunities.

The programs are recruiting all majors, races and ethnicities, not just minority students, and both undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to attend.

For questions, contact political science professor Sharon Austin, director of the African American studies program, at polssdw@ufl.edu.
