Rapper Kendrick Lamar to perform Feb. 25 in O’Connell Center

GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Rapper Kendrick Lamar will perform at 8 p.m. Feb. 25 at the O’Connell Center with special guests.

This concert will be Lamar’s first stop back in the United States after touring throughout Europe for the past couple months. Lamar has three songs in the Billboard Hot 100, including “Swimming Pools (Drank)” and “Poetic Justice.” His latest album, “good kid, m.A.A.d city” is currently the 21st best-selling album in the Billboard 200. On Jan. 26, Lamar appeared on “Saturday Night Live” and was even featured in a SNL digital short with The Lonely Island called “Yolo.”
