Upgrade to myUFL prevents access this weekend

February 16, 2012

GAINESVILLE, Fla. — An upgrade of myUFL (http://my.ufl.edu) will be made this Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 18-19.

All users of myUFL — students, faculty, staff, vendors, parents — should note:

1. Users will be unable to access myUFL on Feb. 18 and Feb. 19.
2. After the upgrade is complete, all users will need to clear cache and cookies, and ensure they do not use bookmarks to access myUFL.

To ensure users have the best experience in myUFL after the upgrade, a myUFL supported browser must be used. For more information on what browsers and browser versions will work, visit
https://wiki.helpdesk.ufl.edu/FAQs/MyUFLBrowserRequirements.

Users trying to access myUFL with a browser other than Firefox 3.6, Firefox 7, IE 7, IE 8, IE 9, Safari 3, or Safari 4 are likely to experience problems accessing administrative modules in myUFL.

If you have questions or need additional information, please contact the UF Computing Help Desk at 352-392-HELP (4357).
