George receives award from the American Pain Society
GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Steven George, an assistant professor in the department of physical therapy at the College of Public Health and Health Professions, recently received the John C. Liebeskind Early Career Scholar Award from the American Pain Society. The award recognizes early career achievements that have made outstanding contributions to pain scholarship. George received the award at the society’s annual scientific meeting in San Diego.
