‘How I Learned to Drive’ to be presented at the Nadine McGuire Black Box Theatre

GAINESVILLE, Fla. — “How I Learned to Drive” will be shown at 7:30 p.m., March 20 to 21 and 24 to 28, as well as at 2 p.m. on March 22 and 29 in the Nadine McGuire Black Box Theatre.

The 1998 Pulitzer Prize-winning play “How I Learned to Drive,” directed by David Young, uses the act of driving as a metaphor for telling interesting tales that explore the bright and dark sides of love. The play contains adult themes and content.

Tickets cost $11 for senior citizens, University of Florida students with a student identification card, and UF faculty and staff. General public tickets cost $15.

The University Box Office is located in the lobby of the Constans Theatre and is open Monday through Friday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 45 minutes prior to each performance.
