Local Rotary clubs now accepting applications for ambassadorial scholarships

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Local Rotary clubs are accepting applications for ambassadorial scholarships through March 13. Applications are accepted from successful, serious students and university professors who wish to study or teach abroad. Student scholarships range up to $23,000 for up to a one-year period. Shorter three- or six-month period scholarships also are available.

Grants of as much as $22,500 for six to ten months are available for university professors. Awardees will study or teach abroad, commencing in mid-2010. For more information, contact a Rotary member or visit http://Rotary6970.org.
