'Sleep – from A to Zs' presentation at Library West

October 8, 2008

Library West will be hosting a presentation to share some practical tips for getting enough sleep. The session will be held from noon to 1 p.m. on Oct. 15 in the Library West InfoCommons on the third floor.

It is tempting to sacrifice sleep to squeeze in more time to study but sleep deprivation actually makes it harder to learn and to focus.

Learn how much sleep is needed to be effective, how to establish good sleep hygiene and why it’s important to make sleep a priority. The program is free and open to the public. For more information, contact Laura Jordan at laujord@uflib.ufl.edu or 352-273-2615.
