Limited edition anniversary poster available for $100 pledge to WUFT/WJUF

Anniversary posterGAINESVILLE, Fla. — WUFT-FM, Classic 89 and WJUF-FM, Nature Coast 90 will honor their 26th and 12th anniversaries respectively with a special limited edition poster by Gainesville graphic designer Jim Harrison.

Specializing in corporate communications and brand identities, Harrison has created logos, posters, identity systems, brochures, websites, annual reports, and other unique items for a wide variety of local, regional, and national clients. His work has earned numerous local Silver, Gold and Best of Show ADDY awards, as well as a SAPPI Paper “Ideas that Matter” grant. He is also known for the Gainesville Fruit Company, which he created to promote the Gainesville area with posters and prints featuring local landmarks, all inspired by the graphics of vintage collectible fruit crate labels.

The annual poster signing event will be at the UF Harn Museum of Art from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on Nov . 13. Posters earned by pledging during the campaign can be personalized and picked up at this event. Camellia Court Café in the Harn Museum will provide culinary treats for the event.
