Institute of Black Culture slates student leadership conference

The Institute of Black Culture will host the fifth annual Dr. James E. Scott Black Student Leadership Conference from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 27, in the Reitz Student Union. This year’s theme is “Black in Action: Answering the Call to Leadership” and will feature activist, novelist, sociologist and historian Erna Brodber as the keynote speaker.
