GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Parking near the O’Connell Center and the Reitz Student Union is restricted part of this week because of special events on campus.

The UF Bookstore and Visitor Welcome Center parking garage, next to the Reitz Student Union, will be reserved for guests today and Wednesday. It will reopen for regular users  Thursday.

Also today, the top level of the O’Connell Center parking garage and the small lot next to McKethan Stadium will be reserved for guests attending the Business Construction Career Fair. Regular parking at these areas will resume Wednesday.

Drivers who normally park in the O’Connell Center areas can park on the rooftop of Garage 5, located just south of the intersection of Gale Lemerand Drive and Museum Road, behind Hume Hall. This provisional parking is open to Red, Green and Orange parking decal holders.

For additional information on campus transportation and parking, please visit www.parking.ufl.edu or call 352-392-PARK (7275).
