Harold Browning, chief operating officer of UF’s Citrus Research and Development Foundation, and Stephen H. Futch, a UF extension agent, were quoted in a Jan. 12 article in The Washington Post concerning the decline in the growth of Florida oranges due to a deadly bacterial infection.
