Significant gift will help UF establish primary care education center

GAINESVILLE, Fla. — The University of Florida announced today that a UF College of Medicine alumnus and his wife have made a significant contribution that will establish a center for primary care education and fuel the university’s plan to build a new medical education building.

‘My Fair Lady’ comes to Phillips Center Nov. 23

GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Henry Higgins, Eliza Doolittle and the rest of the iconic characters from “My Fair Lady” will transport theatregoers back to 1912 London in this Broadway classic, produced by Big League Productions Inc. at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 23 at the University of Florida’s Phillips Center for Performing Arts.

Statistical models inspired from Facebook could help endangered animals, UF researchers say
