High self-esteem really pays off in cold hard cash. A new University of Florida study shows people with high self-esteem as teens and young adults draw higher salaries in middle age than their less confident counterparts. The gap’s really large for those who don’t grow up in poverty. Here’s UF management researcher Timothy Judge.
