Cancer Caregivers

Caregivers of cancer patients often have to keep the household running and take care of their loved ones. Now a University of Florida study shows spouses and partners feel some of the same anxiety even signs of depression as cancer survivors. UF psychologist Michelle Bishop says they’re less likely to have their symptoms noticed.

Candlelight vigil for victims of Virginia Tech gunman moved to colonnade

GAINESVILLE, Fla. — A candlelight vigil program will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday in the University of Florida Reitz Student Union amphitheater to honor the memory of the 32 people killed by a gunman at Virginia Tech Monday morning.

Parents open door to drinking for many teens
