Tickets on sale for Dave Matthews Band

GAINESVILLE, Fla. — The University of Florida’s O’Connell Center is one of the scheduled concert stops in The Dave Matthews Band 2007 Summer U.S. Tour. Tickets for the Sept. 11 concert, which also includes a performance by The Wailers, go on sale at 10 a.m. April 20.

Student Government Productions is offering UF students with a valid Gator1 identification card a one-day only $20 discount on tickets purchased at the University Box Office. The special rate of $45 (plus service charge) will be available from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 20 and is limited to 2,000 seats. The box office will accept cash only, and there is a per person limit of two tickets. These student tickets are available in person only. Students may begin forming a line in the Reitz Student Union Colonnade at 7 a.m. April 20, but not before.

Nondiscounted tickets are $65, not including service charge. There is a per-person limit of six tickets, which will be available at all TicketMaster outlets, including the University Box Office, and FYE in the Oaks and Paddock malls. Tickets also will be available online at www.ticketmaster.com and by phone at 904-353-3309.
