Lucky Gnome

UF alumni Peter and Karen Fleischman hold their “lucky gnome” during pre-game celebrations at the NCAA Final Four Basketball tournament in Atlanta. Peter bought the gnome as a Christmas present for Karen. They took it with them to the BCS football championship in Arizona, and when Florida won the championship they decided the gnome provided luck.

They are now attending the Basketball championship in Atlanta, Ga. and brought the gnome along as a good luck charm for Florida’s try at a second national title in basketball.
