Florida Museum offers K-5 science class

GAINESVILLE, Fla. — The Florida Museum of Natural History will offer the “Dig it! Dinosaur Discoveries” class for kindergartners through fifth-graders from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Dec. 2.

One of Florida Museum’s “Let’s Explore! Science Series” classes, “Dig it! Dinosaur Discoveries” explores the dynamic diversity of animals large and small, from caterpillars to dinosaurs, and the various ways animals adapt to their environments.

Registration for the class is $15 for members and $20 for nonmembers, plus a $2 lab fee. Preregistration is required. For more information call (352) 846-2000, ext. 277.
