Leadership Institute

Carriker, a professor of resource economics and director of the institute, said the 2006 program will emphasize growth management issues. Participants in the interdisciplinary program include Hartmann, a lecturer in UF’s agricultural education and communication department, and Dain, a conservation expert in UF’s Center for Latin American Studies. The leadership institute consists of eight three-day sessions between January and October 2006 at different locations around the state. Application deadline is November 1, 2005.
