You’ve heard about the dangers from toxic floodwaters being drained from New Orleans. Now a new study suggests all American cities are at risk from the potentially toxic effects of even a small rainstorm. In fact, a University of Florida researcher says, all cities can learn from what’s happening in New Orleans.
